Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Honey. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use Honey.
1. The service
Honey is an AI-assisted tool that helps you create a website and generate, schedule, and publish marketing content. Honey is currently a research preview, provided as-is, and features may change or be unavailable.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account, for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for activity under your account. Keep your login secure.
3. Your content & license
You keep ownership of the content you provide (text, images, logos, brand materials). You grant Honey a license to host, process, adapt, and display that content as needed to operate the service and produce and publish your site and posts. You represent that you have the rights to the content you upload and that it does not infringe others’ rights or break the law.
4. AI-generated output
Honey uses AI to generate copy, images, designs, and posts. AI output can be inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing and approving everything before it is published, including any claims, prices, and statements of fact. Honey does not guarantee any particular marketing result, traffic, ranking, or revenue, and you should not publish performance figures or testimonials you cannot substantiate.
5. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, deceptive, infringing, hateful, or harmful content.
- No spam, phishing, malware, or scraping.
- Don’t misrepresent endorsements or publish unsubstantiated claims.
- Follow the terms of any third-party platform you connect (social networks, payment, registrar).
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or put the service or others at risk.
6. SMS terms
The SMS assistant is opt-in. By enabling it and providing a number, you consent to receive automated marketing and account texts from Honey. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. See the Privacy Policy for details.
7. Domains, hosting & third-party services
Domain registration, hosting, social publishing, payments, and AI generation may be provided through third parties and are subject to their terms. Domains renew and have their own pricing, transfer, and cancellation rules. You authorize Honey to act with connected services on your behalf as you direct.
8. Plans & payment
Paid plans start with a 14-day full-feature trial, and no charge is made until it ends. Nothing is charged and no card is taken today; every signup starts free. The fees, billing cycles, renewals, and refund terms will be presented before you pay and incorporated here. You can cancel as described in the app.
9. Disclaimers
Honey is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your needs.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Honey will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Honey against claims arising from your content, your use of the service, your published sites and posts, and your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Termination
You may stop using Honey at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or to protect the service. Some terms survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
13. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of the place where Honey is established, and disputes will be heard by the courts there. If you use Honey as a consumer, this does not take away the protections of the mandatory law of the country you live in. The specific governing law, venue, and any arbitration terms will be stated here before paid plans launch; while Honey is a free research preview, we will always try to resolve a problem with you directly first.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. We’ll post the new version with a revised date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use means you accept the changes.
